Shipping & Delivery Information

Domestic:
US First Class / Priority Mail 2-3 Days lower 48. (also available for HI, AK & APO)

International:
U.S First Class Mail allow 10-21 Days for delivery (based on shipping address)

*All orders may require a 24-48 hours (or as noted otherwise) processing time before shipping.

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. Therefore all orders shipping within California will be charged applicable sales tax according to your area's tax rate.

Returns & Replacements

If you feel you have an issue with your case we’re happy to resolve it with you. Quick resolution is most often simply a matter of communicating by email with the DiffCase design and engineering team. support@diffcase.com

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 15 days from the original invoice date for a refund.

A 20% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds.

To return an item:

Pack and return the item in the original packaging and/or shipping box, if possible. Include the original packing slip and your reason for return.
